How much does social media management cost?
Industry-wide, done-for-you social media management commonly runs €500–€2,500 per month for a small business, with fuller programs reaching €5,000+. Our Growth tier (weekly management) starts at €389/mo and Pro (weekly management + community replies) at €489/mo — lower because scope is fixed and we build with AI-augmented workflows, not billable hours.
What is AEO (answer engine optimization), and why does it matter?
AEO is writing and structuring content so AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews cite it directly in their answers — not just so it ranks in a list of blue links. Over two-thirds of searches now end without a click to any website, so being the source an AI mentions matters as much as ranking used to. We write for both at once: the person scrolling, and the AI deciding whether to reference you.
Do I have to share my Instagram password?
No — if you'd rather not share account access, we deliver content on schedule and you post it yourself. Results then depend on your own posting time.
What if I need more revisions than included?
Extra revision rounds are a flat €25 each, purchased only if you actually want one — never charged automatically.
Do I have to get on a call before buying?
No — every tier can be purchased directly. If you'd rather talk first, a paid 30-minute consultation (€30) is available.
Can I cancel the monthly plan anytime?
Yes — Growth and Pro are billed monthly with no long-term contract.
How does payment work?
Once we've confirmed the scope, we'll send a secure payment link by email. You'll receive a VAT invoice as soon as it's paid — ready for your own bookkeeping or KVK filing.
Do I own the final files and rights?
Yes — once delivered, everything is yours outright. No licensing fees, no ongoing usage restrictions from our side.
Do you work in my language, not just English?
In writing, any language works — briefs, emails, and messages. Live calls are conducted in English, so we can keep response times fast for everyone.
What if the result needs changes?
Two different things, handled differently. If the delivered work doesn't match what was scoped, we correct it to match the agreed scope, with clear communication throughout. If you've changed your mind or want something different from what was originally agreed, that's a revision: each package includes a set number, and further rounds after that are a flat €25 each. If a request turns out to be bigger than a revision — it actually changes the scope of the project — we'll send a new fixed quote for that piece instead of stretching a €25 round to cover it.
Is my payment and data secure?
Yes — payment links are sent through a secure, encrypted provider, and all data handling is GDPR-compliant. See the trust strip near the top of this page.
