Who owns what, and where the data lives.
Data stays in a single database the client controls; the AI layer is a component of the product, not the product itself. Any claim about hosting, GDPR or uptime is only made on systems that actually meet it — this demo is a working pattern, not a hosted production claim. Hosting can be arranged through NyxWorks on request — either way, ongoing AI API usage and hosting costs are billed directly to the client's own account, not absorbed into the project price.
